- We enter your claims information and check for accuracy of
demographics, procedure, and diagnosis information
- Direct data download from your system
- Allows us to import your claims information directly for
error-checking and submission to insurance carriers
- Coding
- We can code your diagnoses or procedures, or simply check the
validity of codes used
- Claims submission
- Most claims are filed electronically for fastest payment.
Claims are filed on paper to those carriers that do not yet accept electronic
claims
- EOB posting
- Allows an accurate accounting of those claims paid or still
outstanding
- Patient statements
- Collect copays, coinsurance amounts, and balance billing (when
allowed by provider agreements)
